Our company, which was built on our “Pillars of Excellence,” employs thousands of vital Team Members and is committed to providing a positive work environment and culture that recognizes their value in providing excellent care for our residents.Responsibilities: Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely mannerAssure residents and guests are satisfied with their mealsMaintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food itemsMaintain all side stations and dining areasFollow daily and weekly cleaning schedulesPractice all safety and loss prevention proceduresSet-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards Qualifications: Must enjoy working with seniorsAbility to interact with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly mannerAbility to respond promptly to resident needsAbility to balance team and individual responsibilitiesAbility to work flexible hours as needed including weekends.
