This role includes supervisory visits, caregiver training, and quality assurance responsibilities. The RN ensures that care provided is consistent with the client’s needs and adheres to regulatory and agency standards.Schedule / Expected Work Hours:Varies depending on client needs.Flexible scheduling (48 hours in advance)Seeking RNs for the following areas: Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Maitland, Longwood, Lake Mary, and Casselberry.ResponsibilitiesAssess clients and develop person-centered care plans.Update care plans as client conditions change.Conduct supervisory visits to evaluate caregiver performance and care plan adherence.Train and support caregivers.Document all assessments, updates, and visits.Communicate with clients, families, and staff to coordinate care.Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Participate in quality assurance.QualificationsCurrent and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida.Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience (home care or geriatric care preferred)Strong assessment and documentation skillsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to supervise and support non-clinical staffDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visitsFamiliarity with state home care regulations and best practicesCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States.This job requires screening through the FL Background Clearinghouse for more information visit: Company OverviewAt One You Love Homecare, we deliver compassionate, non-medical home care that supports seniors and individuals with special needs in maintaining independence and quality of life.
