CapitalCare Family Practice Averill Park is looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our friendly, close-knit primary care team. Position Overview As an Advanced Practitioner at CapitalCare Family Practice Averill Park, you'll provide comprehensive family medicine care to patients of all ages. You'll work alongside experienced physicians, nurses, and support staff who truly value teamwork, collaboration, and patient-centered care. You'll be encouraged to practice to the full extent of your license, supported by CCP's integrated network of specialists and resources-while still enjoying the personal connections that make community-based medicine so rewarding.
