Responsibilities UChicago Medicine AdventHealth has an exciting APN opportunity in our Family Medicine clinic in Westchester. This role will be part clinical and part administrative. 1-3 years of experience, preferred Must be able to work independently and in collaboration with attending Physician Must have experience in full spectrum Family Medicine APN will see acute patients only for clinic; approximately 8 patients per day Administrative work to include: triage EMR inboxes, refill medications, review labs and controlled substances, etc. Coverage for physicians on PTO, medical leave, etc. EPIC Inbox management for assigned Physicians Annual Salary: $115K - $125K Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Master's degree in Nursing LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED: BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office. ACLS Certification, required Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
