We’re hiring a dependable technician to run service calls, deliver great customer experiences, and grow with us.This role is not licensed plumbing — work is limited to drain clearing, inspections, and maintenance.What You’ll DoClear residential & commercial drains (kitchen, bath, main lines)Operate cable machines, jetters, and sewer camerasDiagnose issues and explain solutions to customersComplete digital invoices and job notesSafely drive and maintain a company service vanFollow company safety and scope-of-work rulesWhat You Won’t DoNo plumbing installations or system modificationsNo water heaters, gas work, permits, or opening walls/floorsScheduleFull-timeTypical shifts: 8–10 hours/dayOvertime availableSome evenings/weekends as neededWhat We’re Looking ForRequiredValid driver’s license (clean record)Ability to lift 75+ lbsStrong communication and customer service skillsPreferred1+ year drain cleaning or related experienceExperience with jetters or camerasFamiliarity with NYC / Westchester routes
