Here, you will work alongside a talented group focused on developing AI-driven software solutions that enhance our Data Breach Response offering. Job Responsibilities Architect, design, and develop model-based applications that support our innovative solutions. Drive product enhancements across schema, framework, and platform, ensuring continuous improvement. Lead your team by setting examples of best-practice technical design, fostering a collaborative environment. Align work with Engineering-wide policies and initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Maintain a well-organized backlog of tools and technology upgrades to boost solution quality and maintainability. Promote teamwork by guiding teams on best practices and enforcing them when necessary. Stay informed on cutting-edge technologies and best practices in CI/CD tooling and developer productivity. Qualifications At least 2 years of professional experience in delivering successful SaaS products. A minimum of 5 years in software development. Solid grounding in computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and computational complexity. A self-motivated individual passionate about driving impactful solutions. Strong communication skills with experience in leading teams effectively. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, and C#. Able to work comprehensively across the tech stack, from detailed implementations to high-level data control. Capable of translating specifications into a robust technical approach and work scope. Adept at considering engineering solutions within the business context. A commitment to software quality with a keen sense of customer experience. In-depth technical knowledge of at least two DevOps platforms such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or Jenkins. Experience in implementing redundancy and disaster recovery strategies. Nice to Have Experience in creating AI-driven products with Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning capabilities. Familiarity with Linux environments. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch. Fundamental understanding of Kubernetes and container-based architectures. Relativity is devoted to fair and competitive compensation practices. This position is eligible for comprehensive compensation, which includes a competitive salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $190,000. Final salary offers will consider the candidate's experience, skillset, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top of the range is not typical to ensure future salary growth opportunities.
