Vascular Surgeon Join an independent boutique, privately managed, vascular practice in Jacksonville, FL. Currently 3 clinic locations. Expanding vascular / cardiothoracic surgical practice group with 11 single focused groups throughout FL statewide. Great location in a thriving metro city located minutes from beaches, restaurants, entertainment. Turn-key established practice and patient base. Evaluate and treat patients with medical necessary and cosmetic vein conditions, including Varicose Veins, Spider Veins, Chronic Venous Insufficiency, Peripheral Artery Disease and Deep Vein Thrombosis. Convenient in-office clinic with state-of-the-art equipment for same day procedures. Advanced surgical procedures performed at OBL suite, ASC and local hospitals. Opportunity Highlights: Established practice and customer base Average 12-16 pts p/day Procedures done in clinics or hospital M-F, no nights/no weekends Employed position Full medical office staff support including revenue cycle management Call = 1 in 6 weekends covering all NE FL hospitals when on for the weekend Requirements: BE/BC General Surgery Vascular Surgery experience desired FL licensed, or eligible Comps/benefits: Partnership (3 years) Guaranteed base $500k Production incentives (25% bonus on collections over $1.5MM) Sign-on/relocation (negotiable) Full Benefits Generous PTO and holidays 401k and profit sharing Medical Malpractice PTO: 30 days
