This process begins with testing and checking vehicles to determine the amount of structural, body, mechanical and interior damage. You will also work with the estimator to determine the cost of the repair. Repairs to the vehicle may include straightening bent bodies, replacing body parts, removing dents and damaged panels and refinishing the metal using a variety of tools. Collision experience is required. All of our Collision Centers are air-conditioned to ensure the comfort of our employees!JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Repair and maintain vehicles appropriately• Provide consistent service for all vehicles• Maintain a safe environment by complying with all regulations• Organize work and be able to prioritize daily duties• Maintain records of job status/completion for Estimators/customers• Maintain high ethical standardsRequirements• High School Diploma or equivalent, automotive collision training highly preferred• 5+ years of collision repair experienceCommitment to excellent customer service• High productivity while maintaining high quality work• Ability to work well with co-workers• Strong detail orientation• Ability to understand manufacturer’s specifications• Selected candidate must be able to perform all job functions that require bending, standing, lifting, and reaching. Selected candidate must be available to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
