Collections Specialist

Job Full Description A rapidly growing collection agency is looking for career-oriented Collections Representatives to work in their Green Bay, WI Location! The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting clients and collecting missed and/or outstanding payments. A qualified Collections Specialist will have excellent software and computer skills, great communication skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Collections Specialist Job Highlights: Pay is $17.00/hour Full-time, Monday-Friday: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30 pm, one day needs to be 10 am - 6:30 pm you choose the day, Fridays 8 am - 4:30 pm. No WEEKENDS! NO HOLIDAYS! Evaluation-to-hire, meaning the company is looking for a long-term fit! What you will be doing: Achieving agreed collection rates from clients Contacting clients daily via telephone, email to achieve call targets Negotiate arrangement Keeping accurate and complete records of all customer contact within internal systems Work directly with colleagues, Account Management team, and other internal support groups to achieve goals Other duties as assigned What they are looking for: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Confident phone skills are a must Strong organization skills with a strong attention to detail Ability to prioritize work to achieve goals and targets set Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with difficult customers/clients Ability to work well as a team Dependability and punctuality are a must Bilingual in Spanish / Hmong is a plus and would earn you a $1 more per hour.
