Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 18 months of Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit experience. Experience with Epic is required from last 6 months. Requirements: Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent Full time staff experience in the specialty applying to PRIOR to having ever traveled. Required skills and experience: Must be proficient in basic EKG/Telemetry rhythm interp. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. Preferred skills and experience: Previous experience in a LTACH or LTAC Facility is highly preferred. (LTC/SNF experience will not be accepted). Required credentials: PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. Drivers License/State ID. Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment. NIHSS must be AHA, Apex, AACME, or Bluecloud only. Healthstream Certs are not acceptable. Must be updated every year unless cert states two years.
