We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Claims Coordinator to manage restoration claims from start to finish. What You"ll Do:Manage claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through job completion using our CRMDispatch technicians based on availability and job urgencyTrack job progress to ensure we meet insurance carrier SLAs and internal deadlinesCommunicate clearly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companiesReview and upload documents, job notes, and photos—follow up on anything missingAssist with or draft Xactimate estimates; ensure accuracy before submissionHandle customer concerns quickly and escalate issues when necessaryKeep daily job documentation organized and up to dateWork closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and technicians to keep projects moving? What We"re Looking For:High school diploma or GED required; college preferred1–3 years of Xactimate (X1 or 28) experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organization, time management, and attention to detailComfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM toolsCalm and professional under pressureIICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, OCT, etc.) a plus?
