Our warehouse and operations teams play a critical role in ensuring our products are built, shipped, and delivered accurately and on time-directly impacting customer experience and business success. Role Overview The Build / Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling, programming, and testing PayRange products according to defined specifications, ensuring quality, traceability, and functional performance. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and sub-assemblies following SOPs, BOMs, and work instructions Use hand tools, torque tools, and basic test equipment safely and correctly Verify correct parts, quantities, and serial numbers before and after assembly Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure product standards are met Record build activity, serial tracking, and test results in the system Perform firmware and software updates on devices Program and configure devices using approved tools, scripts, and configuration files Troubleshoot basic programming, firmware, or connectivity issues Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe work area Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is an asset Experience in electronics assembly, manufacturing, or hardware production preferred Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and SOPs Basic understanding of firmware, software loading, or device configuration is an asset Strong attention to detail and quality standards Comfortable working with serial tracking and production documentation
