DescriptionJob Title: Executive Assistant - Operations & Technology Company: Conicelli AutoplexPosition Overview Conicelli Autoplex is seeking a highly capable, tech-forward Executive Assistant - Operations & Technology to work directly with our executive team to implement innovative systems and streamline operations across departments. This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a strategic executor - someone who understands technology, enjoys improving processes, and can help drive operational efficiency throughout our organization. Key Responsibilities Implement new technologies and operational systems as directed by the executive team Evaluate current workflows and recommend process improvements Lead and coordinate technology rollouts across departments Develop and document SOPs for new systems and processes Support interdepartmental communication and operational alignment Assist with training staff on new software, platforms, and tools Help streamline sales, service, and administrative operations QualificationsRequired: Strong technology background with hands-on systems implementation experience Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution High organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to train others Preferred (Plus Factors): Automotive industry experience Coding knowledge or software development background Experience conducting or supporting sales training Experience implementing CRM, DMS, or other business automation platforms What We're Looking For A proactive problem-solver Someone comfortable working directly with executive leadership A systems thinker who can connect departments through better processes A self-starter who can execute without constant oversight Why Join Conicelli Autoplex?
