No CDL is required, but we value the precision and safety mindset of a seasoned commercial driver. What We're Looking For Proven Tenure: A stable work history is our #1 priority. We are looking for someone who builds a career, not just jumps between jobs. Experience: 2+ years of experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Clean Record: Valid driver's license with a clean MVR. Bonus: A CDL (Class A or B) is not required but is considered a major plus and may qualify you for the higher end of the pay scale. salary: $47,000 - $57,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities What You'll Do Safe Operation: Navigate a 16ft-26ft box truck through the Huntersville and Greater Charlotte metro area. Reliable Delivery: Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and pickups while providing top-tier customer service. Professional Upkeep: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep equipment clean and road-ready. Loading/Unloading: Safely handle freight (using pallet jacks and lift gates) with attention to detail and cargo integrity.
