FREE ONLINE skills training Job Responsibilities Build, repair, and test hydraulic and mechanical systems used in trench-less and underground construction equipment. Assemble and troubleshoot hydraulic power units, pneumatic missiles, pipe-bursting systems, and boring tools. The ability to assess, disassemble, repair and then reassemble and test in a timely manner. Inspect, repair, and test HD inspection cameras Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using test instruments such as ohmmeters, pressure gauges, and flow meters. Train and mentor junior technicians and assemblers on proper assembly, troubleshooting, and safety practices. Conduct system performance and leak testing prior to shipment to verify compliance with specifications. Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, engineering drawings, and assembly documentation. Maintain accurate records of service, testing, and modifications according to company standards. • 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical, Hydraulic, or Pneumatic Technician in a manufacturing, service, or equipment repair environment. • Proven ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting
