Travel RN - Telemetry - Stepdown

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Step-Down (HVTI) position at a major academic medical center in Cleveland, OH, requiring at least 18 months of Step-Down experience and an active OH or compact RN license. Job Details • Step-Down (HVTI) unit of a large academic hospital setting, • Potential to float to other units (J1-2, J33) and the ED to care for the same patient population, • Day/night rotating schedule: days 7:00am-7:30pm, nights 7:00pm-7:30am, • 3x12-hour shifts per week, • Shift may vary based on operational needs of the hospital, • 13-week contract, Job Requirements • Active OH RN license or compact state RN license currently in hand, • Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required, • Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in the Step-Down specialty prior to any travel experience, • Minimum 18 months of recent Step-Down experience (travel experience counts toward this requirement), • PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred but not required, • Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration, Additional Information • ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; acceptable passing scores on both are required, • Must be available to work at least every other holiday, • Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location; a minimum 6-month break is required before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location, • Two professional references are required for consideration,
