Responsible for supervision and evaluation of Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Must have reliable transportation and a current driver's license. Must maintain agency-required liability insurance. Home visits and periodic office meetings are required. Average patient load is 5-10 patients per day, equating to approximately 6-8 points per day. Contractor will need to meet a weekly productivity expectation of 30 points. Types of cases include start of care, wound care, and follow-up visits. Must be open to traveling up to 75 miles for patient visits. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
