CHARACTERISTICS OF A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE A "can do," no excuses, attitude Ability to work collaboratively with people different from you with humility and respect Experience and aptitude for landscape construction work Dependable, on time, and a person of their word Proactive, dependable, and demonstrates great communication skills Demonstrates high integrity and honesty Service-oriented ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES Execute work following the direction of Crew Leaders and Account Managers Proficient use of various hand tools Perform duties associated with commercial landscape maintenance Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite. Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks. PHYSICAL DEMANDS This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions.
