Job Details Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care Location: Lebanon, NH 03766 (Upper Valley, New Hampshire nursing jobs) Assignment Type: Travel Contract / Travel Nursing Job Start Date: March 2, 2026 End Date: June 15, 2026 Duration: 15 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 Hour Days (07:00 AM - 07:30 PM) Schedule: Monday, Friday, and every other weekend Estimated Weekly Pay: $1070 - $1130 Number of Openings: 1 Job Requirements / Qualifications Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the U.S. At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care, skilled nursing, or a similar nursing setting preferred Experience with medication administration and resident-centered care in an LTC setting Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including Mondays, Fridays, and every other weekend Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a Long Term Care / skilled nursing environment Administer medications and treatments as prescribed with accurate medication administration practices Monitor, assess, and document residents' health status and progress Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and promote independence Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements Support infection control, safety protocols, and quality resident care standards Why join us?
