UX Designer

Job Title: UX Designer Location: Plano, Texas Years of Experience: 7 10 Years The pay range for this role is $110,000- $120,000 per annum Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in UX Design to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative software solutions while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will collaborate with cross functional teams to design, develop, and implement software applications that meet both business and user needs. Responsibilities: Design and develop high quality software applications in accordance with project requirements and timelines. Utilize strong UX Design principles to create intuitive and user friendly interfaces. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance software development processes. Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth. Mandatory Skills: 7 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on UX Design. Proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with back end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. Strong understanding of UX Design principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience in mobile application development. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development with a strong portfolio showcasing UX Design projects. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
