SAP BASIS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Basis Consultant with a strong background in SAP Basis Administration to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 Years of experience in SAP environments, demonstrating expertise in system administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive approach to managing SAP landscapes and ensuring optimal system performance for our clients. Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain SAP systems, ensuring high availability and performance. • Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to optimize SAP applications. • Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in accordance with best practices. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems. • Conduct regular system audits and implement security measures to protect data integrity. • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing. • Assist in the planning and execution of SAP migrations and installations. • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions. Mandatory Skills: • Strong knowledge of SAP Basis Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. • Experience with SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, and other SAP technologies. • Proficient in performance tuning and troubleshooting SAP systems. • Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows in an SAP context. • Experience with database management systems, particularly Oracle and SQL Server. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with cloud based SAP solutions. • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager. • Certifications in SAP Basis or related fields. • Experience in project management methodologies.
