Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist at our Marshfield, MA location. The Physical Therapist will assess patients' conditions, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals, ensuring proper rehabilitation practices, and providing education on home care techniques for patients. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress throughout the recovery process. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Knowledge of Medicine and Home Care practices Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with patients State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Experience in sports medicine or training is a plus
