Pay: $19.16/hr + shift differential (3rd shift +$1) Shift/Hours: Onsite Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm Sunday 6:30pm - 6:00am & Mon - Thurs 10:20pm - 6:05 am The Production Assembler is responsible for assembling components according to established standards to support safe, efficient, and highquality manufacturing operations. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to standard work procedures. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement in a fastpaced production environment. Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively within a team environment while following established company procedures and policies. • Adhere strictly to Standard Work Instructions (SWI) to ensure safety, quality, and consistency in all tasks. • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. • Maintain work areas according to 5S principles and "World Class Housekeeping" standards. • Achieve and maintain operator certification in accordance with the plant certification process. • Participate in daily and weekly team meetings, understanding and supporting departmental performance goals and objectives. • Support team efforts in meeting or exceeding production targets and quality standards. • Follow all relevant ISO14001/TS16949 documentation, including SWIs, forms, procedures, and other compliance materials. • Engage in a self-directed work team model, taking ownership of tasks and supporting coworkers as needed. • Follow all company rules, policies, and safety procedures at all times. • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership. • Participate actively in the plant's recycling and sustainability programs. Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. PREFERRED - Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
