Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking and logistics, which gave me a strong foundation in business and customer service. I'm also married with two sons-one currently in college at USC and the other living in Florida. In my free time, I love spending time on my boat, fishing, and traveling to National and State Parks. Our office culture is laid back but built on accountability. Producers have the freedom to work how they want as long as they meet our office standards. ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Barry Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
