NPI / NPD Program Manager

• Good experience with NPI / NPD process including all the Process Gates and Gate reviews. • Cross Functional Deployment (Should have experience in working with cross functional teams, Mechanical, Electrical, Software etc.) • Manage large scale launch projects including coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales etc.) • Project Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, etc.) to drive the development and launch of new products. • Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Set up clear Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage tasks to ensure timely delivery 1. • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates to executives and team members on project status, risks, and milestones 2. • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Develop contingency plans to address potential delays or issues. • Manufacturing Readiness: Ensure products are designed for manufacturability, testability, and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure production readiness 3. • Quality Assurance: Set and monitor quality standards throughout the product development lifecycle. • Launch Execution: Oversee product launch activities, including marketing coordination, sales enablement, and supply chain alignment. • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in NPI/NPD. • HVAC Experience is a plus but not mandatory.
