Director of Rehab | Permanent Role Location: Bethesda, MD, 20816 Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $44-$50/hr (Only for US Citizens)Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs for the department. Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. Manage departmental budget, resources, and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting. 2+ years of DOR experience. Previous management or supervisory experience. Leadership experience in a rehabilitation setting.
