Any questions contact me at dena.clare@. salary: $22 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for performing daily financial transactions and administrative tasks within the Accounts Payable function. This role ensures the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, manages vendor records, and supports the month-end closing process, all while adhering to internal controls and company policies. Process vendor invoices and credit memos directly within the Accounts Payable module. Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices against purchase orders (POs) and goods receipt records (e.g., in the Purchase Management and AP modules) to resolve discrepancies efficiently. Generate and process payment runs (checks, ACH, EFT) ensuring adherence to payment terms and discount opportunities. Run and analyze reports, such as the Accounts Payable Aging Report and Received Not Invoiced (RNI) report, to manage liabilities and assist with reconciliations. Reconcile vendor statements to the Accounts Payable ledger, identifying and correcting any outstanding issues or unrecorded invoices.
