Travel Occupational Therapist: 13-Week Assignment Location: Cross Keys Village - New Oxford, PA Length: 13 Weeks at 40 hours per week Setting: Retirement Community / Skilled Nursing & Rehab Step into a welcoming community where your skills as an Occupational Therapist make a lasting difference. What You'll Do Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence in activities of daily living (ADLs). Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other team members. Provide caregiver and family training to support safe and successful transitions. Document patient progress using Net Health EMR for efficient workflows. Contribute to a positive and engaging therapy culture where teamwork and compassion shine. What We're Looking For Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing in Pennsylvania Experience in skilled nursing/rehab or older adult care preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills A compassionate, team-oriented therapist What We Need for HR Active OT license 2-Step PPD or TB blood test Active CPR certification State and Federal Background Check Fingerprinting (if not resident of PA for 2 consecutive years) SAM/OSHA/Medicheck Background Checks MMR and Hep B Status Physical Shift: M-F Specialty Type: Rehabilitation Therapy Sub Specialties: Occupational Therapist Please CLICK HERE to view details.
