Responsibilities: • Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations • Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement-related impairments. • Develop and modify individualized treatment plans • Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands-on techniques to support healing • Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records • Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations • Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA Why Work with Big Stone Staffing?
