Job Summary: The Industrial Power Systems Division has an exciting opportunity for an Order-To-Delivery (OTD) Assembly Associate in Griffin, Georgia. As an OTD Assembly Associate, you will become a member of the team that lives daily the team culture, understands and accepts plant policy, procedures and practices. Your daily tasks often include preparing/processing engine components, operating machines, maintaining records, and adhering to schedules and production goals. What you will do: Operate and maintain an environment that is safe and clean Adhere to established standards, policies and procedures relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, attendance, quality of work life, IS09000 certification, and audits Spend 95% to 100% of the time standing, producing quality product What you will have: Basic Understanding of engines and manufacturing operations Must be able to work overtime as required What would make you a top candidate: Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience Current or previous 400 series engine assembly experience at IPSD Griffin Good communication skills, both verbally and written Must be capable of working in a participative, team-based culture Must demonstrate reliability and quality awareness Shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. Overtime as required. Summary Pay Range: $17.30 - $25.20 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
