Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

A recognized health services company in New Jersey is seeking a new Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join their growing inpatient team. About the Opportunity: Schedule: 3 days a week Hours: 12-hour shifts Responsibilities: Provide midwifery services to inpatients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care for antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn patients. Care for women in active labor, support physiologic birth, assist with comfort and positioning, and monitor labor progress Respond to triage needs and cover labor & delivery as needed Provide patient education and support families throughout the birth process Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree in Nurse-Midwifery from an accredited program Current national certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Licensure to practice as a Certified Nurse Midwife in New Jersey. Basic BLS/ACLS certification Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification Desired Skills: Experience providing Inpatient Birth Care
