Job Title: Salesforce Developer Location: Charlotte, NC | Detroit, MI Experience: 6+ years Employment type : full time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, build, and support custom Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on development using Apex and Lightning Web Components, working closely with agile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows Collaborate with scrum teams to refine user stories, estimate effort, and assess feasibility Design and implement integrations using REST APIs Write Apex test classes to maintain at least 75% code coverage Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and peer reviews Manage code commits, merges, and deployments using Git and Salesforce DevOps tools Support testing, bug fixes, deployments, and documentation Required Skills & Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex (triggers, controllers, batch, future, queueable) Advanced experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript Experience with REST APIs and Salesforce integrations Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling and schema design Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment tools (SFDX, VS Code, Copado, or Change Sets) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) required Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) preferred Nice to Have • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud • Exposure to Salesforce AI or Einstein features
