Physical Therapist (PT) | Permanent PositionLocation: Charleston, WV 25302 Assignment Duration: Permanent Open to Local & Travel Candidates Position Highlights: Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week Pay Rate: $45 - $48 per hour Key Responsibilities: Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function. Use various techniques such as exercises, stretching, and manual therapy. Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and injury prevention. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with therapy regulations and standards. Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program. Licensure: Active Physical Therapist license (Required). Experience: 1+ years of experience (new grads welcome to apply). Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Travel & Local Considerations: Candidates residing 50 miles from the facility are eligible for travel pay.
