Shift Requirements: 4x10's 8:30p-7a Certification Requirements: ASCP- MLS or MT, ASCP- MLT, ASCP- C, CLS Preferred Skillset Requirements: Inpatient Lab, Specimen Processing, Liat, Cepheid, Body Fluids, Rapid Test Kits, Analyzer, Crystal Identification, Manual Macroscopic UA, Microscopic UA, Semen analysis Required; 24 Hour Urine, Arterial Blood Gas, Cardiac Enzymes, Hormone Testing, Hormone/Thyroid, Immunoassay, Osmolality, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Thyroid Testing, Automated Instrument, Factor Assays, Fetal Hemoglobin, Fibrinogen, Malarial Examination, Occult Blood, Platelet Aggregation, Platelet Count, Reticulocyte Count, Sed Rate Manual, Sickle Cell Prep Preferred -Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby as needed Minimum Experience Required: 1.5 Years Unit Information: This employee will be doing specimen processing and rapid patient testing. Must have experience with CEPHEID and LIAT.
