Required Experience & Skills Experience: 3-5 years of Executive Assistant or equivalent experience Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel PowerPoint Outlook Microsoft Teams ChatGPT or similar tools Preferred: Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management Key Responsibilities Manage complex executive calendars, including scheduling, prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals Provide project coordination support, including tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and coordinating stakeholders Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and presentation materials (PowerPoint) Coordinate facility-related needs, including repairs and scheduling Arrange and manage travel logistics Process expense reports and reimbursements Department Overview The Payer Revenue Management department is a large, multi-functional team responsible for optimizing revenue cycle performance. Key areas include: Professional Billing Hospital Billing Cash Management Clinical Appeals International Embassy Billing Revenue Guardian The department focuses on insurance accounts receivable (A/R), billing accuracy, appeals management, underpayment resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
