Job Posting: Team Operator - Packaging (1st Shift) Company: Adecco Assignment Type: Temporary Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM Position Summary Adecco is currently recruiting for a Team Operator - Packaging to support packaging operations in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. The Packaging Team Operator is responsible for product packaging, labeling, inspection, documentation, and rotation through all operational phases within the department. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to follow written procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate the Form, Fill, and Seal (FFS) machine, handheld scanner, label maker, and tape machine. Receive, inspect, sort, and pack product efficiently and accurately. Perform visual inspection of packing materials and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness. Conduct machine cleaning and inspection during changeovers; ensure removal of all residual product. Complete skid changeovers and line clearance activities. Verify traceability records and ensure all required paperwork is accurate. Assist with the training of new operators. Maintain 5S and cleanliness standards in assigned areas. Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including applicable safety and environmental requirements. Participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Less than one year of experience required; manufacturing background preferred. Ability to read and follow written procedures. Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred. Fine motor hand coordination required. Sound judgment for product disposition and qualityrelated decisions. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Work involves operating or working near manufacturing equipment. May be exposed to chemicals or biohazards. Environment may include cleanroom areas requiring gowning, or open production areas with noise and moving equipment. Frequent standing, walking, stooping, climbing, and use of both hands and upper body. Ability to perform visual inspections with and without magnification tools. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly. Travel is typically less than 5%.
