Role and Responsibilities: Backs-up LPL Financial Advisors and LPL Operations Administrator. Performs transactions and maintenance in client accounts Helps manage client relationships by answering phones and scheduling appointments. Maintains client files and records to keep in line with compliance guidelines. Maintains contact management system Has helpful attitude with co-workers and customers. Strives to improve efficiency in his/her work area through cost savings. Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. Completes all training assigned by HR, IT, Compliance, BSA, LPL and supervisor on a timely basis. Qualifications and Education Requirements Associate's degree Two years' financial experience is a plus Preferred Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Detail oriented Excellent math skills Commercial Bank and Trust Company is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer-M/F/Vets/Disabled
