Electrician Technical Assistant (Full-Time) High demand and high wage opportunity with paid training. We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Full-Time Electrician Technical Assistants. This role is ideal for candidates with prior electrical experience who want to advance their skills through structured training, hands-on experience, and long-term career opportunities in a growing trade. Training & Certification Opportunities throughout the state of Texas Paid, structured training provided Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training Certification issued after successful completion of the training program Training begins at the end of April 2026 Interviews will be conducted remotely Key Responsibilities Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs Apply foundational electrical knowledge while learning advanced systems and procedures Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies Prepare job sites, organize tools and materials, and maintain a safe work environment Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Requirements Minimum 18 years of age Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training Valid United States driver’s license Authorization to work legally in the United States Willingness to undergo a background screening Willingness to complete a drug test Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions Benefits Full-time position Competitive compensation in a high-demand field Paid training with certification Career advancement opportunities following training completion
