Why You'll Love This Role As a Restorative Nursing Aide, you'll play a key role in helping residents maintain mobility, independence, and confidence. What You'll Do Help residents with exercises to keep them moving and feeling great. Encourage activity and independence—because every step matters! Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion. Support daily living needs like bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Partner with the Therapy Department for restorative programs. Keep accurate charting and communicate changes to the care team. Create a positive, warm, and calm environment for residents. What We're Looking For CNA License (required) + Restorative Aide Training Current CPR certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience in long-term care preferred (but not required—we'll train the right person!)
