Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Columbia, SC Duration: 12 Months Job Description: This candidate will be responsible for implementing a compliance governance standard for a shared services its organization. We are looking for an expert in developing and analyzing process, implementing standards, measuring results, and technical documentation. Required skills (rank in order of importance): • Proven work experience in process improvement •• Ability to identify processes that must be in place for an it organization to be efficient; • Prior experience with compliance and operational/security procedures • Extensive knowledge of IRSpub 1075, Nist 800-53, NIST csf, ITIL and CJIS; • Prior experience with constructing policy and process with kpi measures • Ability to work with server and end-point technicians to develop detailed procedures; • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in both text and diagrams/flow charts; • Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail • Excellent communication with multiple levels of an organization. Required education/certifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
