Physical Therapist - Bedford, IN (New Graduates can also apply) Job Type: Full-time/Contract Shifts: Monday-Friday | No weekends or holidays | 4-day work week option (10-hour shifts) Specialty Areas: Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, Sports Medicine, Geriatrics Key Responsibilities: • Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy treatment across the lifespan (pediatrics ~10% of caseload). • Evaluate patients, establish individualized care plans, and implement treatment programs. • Diagnose and assess patient movement, functional ability, and goals for recovery. • Educate patients and families on therapy plans, home exercise programs, and long-term care strategies. • Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes in accordance with insurance and regulatory standards. • Participate in continuing education, workshops, and professional growth opportunities. Requirements: • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program. • Active Indiana PT license (or eligibility) • New Graduates can also apply for this role (minimum 2 years required for contract hires). Outpatient experience preferred • Dry needling certification required (can be obtained within 6 months of hire). • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with ability to treat diverse age groups.
