This building also houses our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine physician office as well as an OP Orthopedic Surgery Center. Shift: This position Part Time position. Roles and Responsibilities:New/Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply! This location is inside our orthopedics and sports medicine building and focuses on care for patients with orthopedic conditions. There is a large team of PTs, PTAs, and OTs in this facility with many opportunities to learn from colleagues. There are lots of opportunities for collaboration and learning between these growing departments. The Physical therapist assistants position provides direct patient care and selected physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a physical therapist. PTA's assist in the clinical education of physical therapy students and clinical supervision of physical therapist assistant students as well as provide guidance and supervision for support personnel. Willingly participates in related activities in support of patient care, education and department operations. Preferred Skills Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but is not required. Requires certification as an Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Indiana.
