Pay: $36.00 - $53.00/hour $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Physical Therapist Opportunity: Full-time, permanent position Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift Setting: Both Inpatient and Outpatient care Comprehensive full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, a retirement plan, and more Physical Therapist Responsibilities: Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams Physical Therapist Qualifications: BLS Certification Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain upon hire) Must have previous experience with Orthopedics, Neuro, and outpatient therapies About the Community: Located around one of the Largest cities in Ohio, it offers incredible commutes, great entertainment options, and outdoor activities at a moderate cost of living Only an hour and a half away from beautiful parks and forests such as the Tar Hollow State Forest, the Hocking Hills State Park, and the Wayne National Forest
