CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) Ocala, FL | Full-Time | Critical Care | Day & Night Shifts Available Up to $20K Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance Presented by She RecruitsAbout the Opportunity She Recruits is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) RN to join a highly collaborative and dedicated critical care team in Ocala, Florida. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about caring for the most complex and vulnerable patients in an intensive care setting. As a CVICU RN, you'll deliver expert care to patients requiring advanced cardiac support-including those on ventilators, vasoactive drips, and post-cardiac procedures-while working closely with a multidisciplinary team that values communication, safety, and excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide high-acuity, focused care for critically ill cardiac and vascular patients Advocate for patients and families while ensuring confidentiality and privacy Educate patients and caregivers on medications, procedures, and care plans Continuously monitor patient status and respond to changes with sound clinical judgment Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members Support a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practice Qualifications Active RN license in Florida or compact state (must convert within 60 days if relocating) Associate Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience in an acute care setting (PCU experience may be considered) Certifications required: BLS - within 30 days of hire ACLS - within 90 days of hire Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000+ (depending on experience) Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Day shift $20,000 for Night shift (Urgent Need) Relocation Assistance: Available case-by-case Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Shift Options Day Shift - Rotating weekends Night Shift - Urgent Need - Rotating weekends This is a chance to make a deep impact at the bedside while advancing your critical care career in a supportive, high-acuity environment.
