Senior Financial Analyst

Highly visible role with a growing professional services firm. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior leadership on delivering data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities include: Leads advanced financial analysis and reporting to support senior leadership decisions, including profitability, performance trends, and industry benchmarking. Builds and maintains financial models for strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment or M&A evaluations. Manages financial data integrity by overseeing collection, consolidation, and validation across sources. Partners cross-functionally to provide financial insight, guide business decisions, and improve reporting processes and systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field Minimum 3-5 years in financial analysis experience in professional services or similar industry Advanced Excel and modeling skills. Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a collaborative environment.
