Test Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Testing, API, Healthcare domain experience Roles & Responsibilities Handson test lead for portfolio working on multiple projects • Manage overall program delivery. • Coordination with Application Directors and Managers and ensure smooth delivery. • Review the Forecasting and Capacity Planning • Review the Estimation for Projects, Releases and break Fixes • Review Test Strategy and test plan • Review RCA of UAT Defects and Production Incidents. • Track the daily status of ongoing projects. • Follow up and ensure closure of project level risks and issues connecting with required project stakeholders • Review KPI and monthly reports • Conduct Weekly Status Reports with customers. • Reviewing and adopting suitable tools and technologies • Determining the resource requirements • Drive onsite-offshore co-ordination and communication • Drive Innovation and Service Improvement initiatives for the engagement. • Knowledge management and training plan to close gaps • Automation roadmap and savings plan Salary Range $100,000-$130,000 year TCS Employee Benefits Summary: Discretionary Annual Incentive.
