Perfect Candidate: Education: Graduated with a 4-year university degreein Engineering Technology or Construction Management. This person should have worked an internshipwith a contractor for at least two summers during their university leveleducation. Experience: Worked with a utility contractor for atleast 3-5 years. This work could includeonsite field experience, or office experience. Must have handled submittal reviews, along with processing them througha software-based management system. Hasgood technical writing skills. Very detail oriented. Responsibilities: Performing detailed reviews of reinforcingsteel drawings Review concrete mix designs Analyze process equipment submittals vs.project specifications and can see installation problems prior to releasingfabrication and shipment. Must be ableto coordinate with the PM and take directions from the PM.
