ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Szymankowski Agency - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist clients with policy applications and renewals. Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Property/Casualty insurance license (must have currently). Must reside in Colorado. Must have prior State Farm experience. Demonstrated excellence working in State Farm's proprietary IT systems: ECRM and ABS Flexible work from home options available.
