Registered Nurse (Behavioral Health) - Grand Rapids, MI Full-Time | Inpatient Hospital | Direct Hire Pay: $28.90-$41.00/hr (Based on experience) $8,000-$12,000 Sign-On Bonus Shifts: Varied (Days, Evenings, Nights available across Youth, Adult, and Older Adult Units) About the Role: Join a leading nonprofit behavioral health provider. As an RN in the inpatient behavioral health program, you'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Available Shifts: Youth Unit: FT Nights (32-36 hrs), FT Evenings (32 hrs) High Acuity Adults: FT Days (36 hrs), Evenings (32 hrs), Nights (36 hrs) Older Adults: FT Evenings (32 hrs), FT Nights (32 hrs) Shift Differentials: Sat/Sun Days: +$1.25/hr Evenings: +$2-$3/hr Nights: +$4-$5/hr Requirements: RN license (Michigan) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred New grads welcome (Psych or ED experience preferred) Ability to provide culturally inclusive, person-centered care Must pass background check and meet physical/emotional stamina requirements Why Join Us?
