Generation Teach Summer Teaching Fellowship

TEACH THIS SUMMERABOUT USGeneration Teach is committed to co-creating loving communities where generations of students, teachers, and leaders learn, grow, and develop. Our core values are belonging, investment, collaboration, growth, and excellence.Complete pre-summer preparation and in-person training to get ready to teach on day 1.Teach or co-teach elementary or middle-school students engineering, law, math, or reading for 5 weeks.Co-teach enrichment classes and social-emotional skills.Receive daily feedback and collaborate with your colleagues.Plan and co-lead fun events that foster teambuilding and engage students. Qualifications: You are an undergraduate or high-school student who shares our core values.You want to invest your summer in the success of others.You are eager to receive coaching to grow as a person, teacher, and leader. Compensation: A $3,000 taxable scholarship to support participation Benefits: Fellows receive a taxable cash scholarship of $3,000 to participate in this learning opportunity. Generation Teach does not withhold taxes.You will have access to a letter of recommendation and personal introductions to partners if you are interested in teaching professionally.You are eligible to receive 3 undergraduate credit hours from the University of Colorado-Denver for a reduced cost.You will develop relationships with students, colleagues, and leaders that will stay with you for years to come.
